Sagicor Life Insurance Company will be sponsoring the University of South Florida football team from 2008 through 2011.
Sagicor, a unit of Sagicor Financial Corp., St. Michael, Barbados, entered the U.S. by acquiring American Founders Life Insurance Company in 2005.
Sagicor has located its U.S. headquarters in Tampa, Fla.
The Sagicor USF football sponsorship agreement includes naming rights and other components, such as Web rights and on-premise promotional rights.
