Pernod USA will continue to use Buck Consultants to serve several benefit plans.

Pernod USA, Purchase, N.Y., a unit of Pernod Ricard S.A., Paris, has signed a contract renewing its relationship with Buck, New York, an arm of Affiliated Computer Services Inc., Dallas, for 5 years, according to Buck.

Buck, which has been doing business with Pernod for about 40 years, will provide actuarial and consulting services for Pernod USA’s defined benefit pension plan, 2 supplemental executive retirement plans and a postretirement medical plan.

The plans have about $250 million in assets and about 4,500 active and retired participants, Buck says.

In other benefit plan news, the Iron Workers Local 295 Trust fund, which represents iron workers in Indiana, and the Operative Plasterers & Cement Masons Local 692, which represents plasterers and masonry workers in Northwest Indiana, have hired American CareSource Holdings Inc., Dallas, to provide ancillary care services for their Taft-Hartley health/benefits welfare trust funds.
