Putnam has added some new faces to its team. It recently appointed Alan McCormack and Mike Scafali as co-managers of Putnam International Equity, although neither is new to the fund. Both McCormack and Scafali have worked together with managers Joshua Bryne and Simon Davis in recent years. McCormack joined Putnam as a member of the international core equity team in 2006 after having served as the head of global quantitative analysis at Citigroup Asset Management. Scafali has been with the firm for 15 years.

Also new to Putnam are Jim Fetch and Jason Vaillancourt, who have joined as co-managers of Putnam Asset Allocation: Growth, Balanced, and Conservative. Both managers are members of the firm’s global asset-allocation team, which is overseen by this fund’s lead manager, Jeff Knight.
