LTC Global Inc. has acquired American Insurance Agency Inc.
LTC Global, Medford, Ore., notes that the acquisition is the seventh it has completed since March 2007.
American Insurance, Lebanon, Tenn., Lebanon, Tenn., was a life and health insurance agency with a strong annuity sales operation.
The price of the deal was not immediately available.
Michael Beckman, the principal of American Insurance, has become a regional manager in the annuity division at LTC Global, according to LTC Global.
