A health insurer is introducing a set of products aimed at small employers in the Grand Canyon State.

Aetna Inc., Hartford, says options for Arizona employers with 2 to 99 eligible employees now include the ValuePick preferred provider organization plans.

Designs range from a limited-benefit plan option, which comes with a $30,000 annual benefits maximum, to a PPO plan with a $2 million lifetime maximum and a $1,500-per-member deductible.

Aetna has started selling the plans through agents and brokers.

Coverage will take effect starting Aug. 1, Aetna says.
