Partners Joins With First Choice

A wholesale life insurance brokerage firm is merging with a fixed annuity wholesaler.

Partners Advantage Insurance Services L.L.C., Fargo, N.D., the life brokerage firm, says the deal with FCF Insurance Market Inc., Long Beach, Calif., which does business as First Choice Financial, will give the combined company access to a network of about 20,000 insurance agents, financial advisors and broker-dealers.

The combined company will represent products from about 40 life insurers through a team of 60 life and annuity professionals, Partners Advantage says.

In addition to the offices in Fargo and Long Beach, the combined firm will have offices in Colton, Calif.; North Palm Beach, Fla.; and Salt Lake City.

Brian Mann, founder of First Choice, will become senior vice president and chief marketing officer at the combined company, Partners Advantage says.
