A Pennsylvania health insurer is sticking with its outsourcing vendor.
Independence Blue Cross, Philadelphia, has renewed an outsourcing relationship with DST Health Solutions, Birmingham, Ala., a unit of DST Systems Inc., Kansas City, Mo., according to DST.
Independence Blue will continue to use a DST outsourcing center in Harrisburg, Pa., to support data entry, adjudication of claims and claims adjustments.
