LTC Global Inc. has acquired Insurance Producers Alliance of America Inc., a long term care insurance agency.
The deal for Insurance Producers, Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., includes a related company, Insurance Producers Alliance Inc.
William Borosak Jr., a principal of the 2 acquired agencies, has joined Gelbwaks Insurance Services Inc. as regional sales director, LTC Global says.
Gelbwaks, Plantation, Fla., is a subsidiary of LTC Global, Medford, Ore.
LTC Global is a capital investment firm that buys LTC insurance agencies.
In addition to Insurance Producers Alliance and Gelbwaks, the firm also has purchased USA Insurance Marketing Inc./Our Town Insurance and Financial Services Inc., Deerfield Beach, Fla.; Senior WealthCare Insurance Services, Woodlands, Texas; AMA Insurance Services, Stockton, Calif.; and Bob White Benefits L.L.C., Fort Worth, Texas.
