David K. Young Consulting L.L.C. will be joining with 401k ASP Inc. to sell Web portal systems to Texas sponsors of 403(b) retirement plans.

The sites will help the schools and other nonprofit employers that sponsor the plans to comply with new federal 403(b) plan administration rules that take effect Jan. 1, 2009, according to David K. Young, San Antonio, and 401k ASP, Tampa, Fla.
