A U.S. benefits consulting firm has added an ally in France.

SPAC Actuaires, Paris, has formed an alliance with Buck Consultants, New York.

SPAC was founded in 1989 and now helps large companies and social institutions with health and retirement benefits, according to Buck.

Buck is a unit of Affiliated Computer Services Inc., Dallas.
