Custom Disability Solutions has introduced a program to help employers comply with Family and Medical Leave Act requirements.

Custom Disability, South Portland, Maine, a unit of Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company, Philadelphia, says its new Leave Management Administrator program can combine FMLA management with management of short-term disability plans, long-term disability plans, or both STD and LTD plans.

A Comprehensive Leave Management, which handles all types of leaves, is available for employer groups with more than 5,000 employees.

A Federal and State Mandated Leaves option is available with fully insured STD plans with 1,000 to 5,000 employees, and there also is an option for “administrative services only” STD plans with 500 or more employees.
