The answer is: c), according to John M. Bragg, actuarial consultant at Bragg Associates, Atlanta. “It is felt that lower ages are possible, if there are significant impairments,” he writes in a March 10, 2008 article for National Underwriter. “And, at estimated life expectancies greater than 15 years, sufficient economics cannot be generated.” click here for entire article
