Insurance Technologies Corp. has acquired the Insurance Website Builder system from Evolution Designs Group Inc.

Insurance Technologies, Carrolton, Texas, also will acquire a collection of technology support services agreements from Evolution Designs, Addison, Texas, and it will hire Laird Rixford, owner of Evolution Designs, to be vice president of product development of insurance technologies.

The Insurance Website Builder system gives insurance agents the ability to set up their own Web sites.
