The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority has given Arbor Court Capital L.L.C. permission to conduct business as a broker-dealer in the secondary life insurance market.

FINRA, Washington, is a broker-dealer group that helps regulate broker-dealers.

Arbor Court Capital, a unit of Life Settlement Insights L.L.C., Cleveland, now can conduct variable insurance life settlement transactions as an intermediary broker-dealer, Life Settlement Insights says.
