A business group down east has announced a new small group health coverage menu for 2008.
The Main State Chamber of Commerce, Augusta, Maine, says small group health insurance options for the coming year will include a collection of 13 plans from Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, a unit of WellPoint Inc., Indianapolis.
The new EmployeeElect plans, designed for employers with 50 or fewer employees, include plans that incorporate Lumenos health maintenance organizations and health reimbursement arrangements as well as conventional health maintenance organization and preferred provider organization plans.
Options include the ProtectionPack program, which includes life insurance, disability insurance and member assistance services; and the Lifepack program, which includes life insurance and member assistance services.
