An insurer is tying a promotional campaign to a consumer health education effort.

The dental insurance arm of CIGNA Corp., Philadelphia, is participating in the National Dental Hygiene Month, which is taking place this month, by urging consumers to try the CIGNA Cavity Risk Assessment Tool.
