ArmadaCare Inc. announced the availability of a tax-advantaged medical reimbursement program for executives or other selected employees.[@@
The company, a managing general agent, says its Executive Health Reimbursement plan can be offered selectively to executives without affecting the tax-advantaged status of an employer's health care plan.
The program complies with section 105 (h) of the Internal Revenue Code and carries a fully insured risk-transfer premium structure that minimizes regulatory risk for both brokers and their clients, according to ArmadaCare, Baltimore, Md.
ArmadaCare is offering the plan in partnership with Transamerica Affinity Services Inc., Baltimore, a subsidiary of AEGON N.V., The Hague, Netherland.
