The Foundation for Health Coverage Education has agreed to recommend consumers who do not qualify for government health programs to the eHealth Inc. health insurance Web site.

EHealth, Mountain View, Calif., will, in turn, refer consumers who visit its site, at Document Link, and might qualify for government health coverage programs to the Web assistance site that the FHCE, San Mateo, Calif., operates at Document Link.
