Aetna Inc. has picked American Specialty Health Inc. to provide products and services for the Aetna alternative medicine discount program.
Members of health plans run by Aetna, Hartford, will be eligible for discounts from ASH network providers of chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture and dietetic services, according to ASH, San Diego.
Aetna members will be able to find ASH network providers using Aetna’s Web-based provider search tool.
Aetna members also will get discounts on 2,400 health and wellness products in the ASH HealthyRoads program, ASH says.
