Sharon Alt, president and co-founder of Alt Benefit Consultants Inc., Fort Worth, Texas, says she has bought out her partner.

Alt and her husband, Chris Alt, now are the sole owners of the benefit plan administration firm, Alt says.

Alt says she is the process of organizing a brand development program.
