CIO magazine has selected Physicians Mutual, Omaha, Neb., as a recipient of the 2007 CIO 100. The 20th annual award program recognizes organizations around the world that exemplify the highest level of operational and strategic excellence in information technology.
According to Abbie Lundberg, Editor in Chief of CIO magazine, “The CIO 100 award recipients serve as industry role models for business and IT excellence. The 2007 CIO 100 awards will be presented at the La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, California, on Aug. 21 at the conclusion of the ninth annual CIO 100 Symposium and Awards Ceremony.
