Colonial Supplement Insurance has hired Susan Kenney Cotter to be vice president of marketing.
Cotter previously was vice president of project management and planning at the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America, Washington, according to Colonial Supplement, Columbia, S.C., a unit of Unum, Chattanooga, Tenn.
Cotter has a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and international studies from the University of South Carolina and a master’s degree in international policy studies from the Monterey Institute of International Studies.
