R.H. Dillon is CIO of Columbus, Ohio-based Diamond Hill Investments, and CEO and president of its publicly traded parent, Diamond Hill Investment Group Inc. (DHIL). In addition to co-managing Diamond Hill Long-Short Fund, Dillon is co-portfolio manager for Diamond Hill Small Cap Fund, and Diamond Hill Select Fund. He has been with Diamond Hill since 2000, and in the investment business since 1977.

A CFA since 1982, Dillon received both his BS and MA in finance from The Ohio State University, and an MBA from University of Dayton.

Charles Bath is co-portfolio manager of Diamond Hill Long-Short Fund, and Diamond Hill Select Fund, and portfolio manager of Diamond Hill Large Cap Fund. A managing director, equities, for Diamond Hill Investments, Bath joined Diamond Hill in 2002, and has been the investment business since 1982.

Bath holds the CFA designation, has a Miami University of Ohio BS in accounting, and an MBA in finance from The Ohio State University.
