Fort Dearborn Life Insurance and California Dental Network Inc. have formed a marketing alliance.

Fort Dearborn, a unit of Health Care Service Corp., Chicago, has agreed to sell dental health maintenance organization coverage from California Dental, Santa Ana, Calif., throughout California.
