NAILBA Announces New Agent E&O Insurance Program

During a recent all-member agency conference call, the National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies (NAILBA), Fairfax, Va., formally launched its new agent E&O insurance program, designed to specifically respond to the needs of the independent insurance agent.

The competitively priced, comprehensive E & O program, created in partnership with Arthur J. Gallagher and Co., offers program coverage extending to the sale and/or servicing of individual and group Life, Accident & Health, Disability, Long-Term Care Insurance, Employee Benefits Plans and Individual and Group Retirement Plans. Options are available to include coverage for Variable Products and Mutual Funds.

Clarendon National Insurance Company, rated “A-” “Excellent” by AM BEST and one of the largest admitted insurance carriers in the E & O program business in the United States, is the carrier for this program.
