The American College, Bryn Mawr, has announced the launch of a new Web site designed to better serve students, alumni, consumers, and other constituents seeking information about the nation’s leading financial services educator. The Web site offers a vastly improved browsing experience with new features and online enhancements including:

oA simpler and more intuitive navigation that makes access to information faster and easier.

oA newly improved keyword search capability for the entire website that will assist individuals in connecting directly to specific information.

oAn enhanced consumer resource section that makes it simpler for consumers to find qualified financial advisors in their area.

oPodcasts and streaming audio – including interviews with The American College’s nationally renowned faculty on topics important to today’s financial practitioner.

oInformation about The College’s new Centers for Advanced Studies.

oA ticker that links to current information about recent financial services studies and surveys.

“Creating a more user-friendly Web site was an important priority during the redesign process,” said Keith E. Hickerson, Vice President, Marketing and Student Success at The
American College. “because we want each of our students and friends to have an exceptional service experience with us, whether they’re taking a course or just browsing for information. And while the navigation is simpler, the overall look of the Web site is more dynamic and includes an increased use of flash animation, audio and video. This new approach captures the vital and energetic spirit of The American College.”

The new site can be found at Improved navigation means that users are just one or two clicks away from practical information and applications that can move their careers forward or help them make better financial decisions. A consistent, unified approach to visual design was applied to all levels of the site, giving it a contemporary look and feel.
