Hartford Financial Services Group Inc. has developed a new program for helping group disability claimants get back on the job.

Hartford Financial, Hartford, says its group disability arm will be using a new step-by-step guide to help employers get sick and injured employees back into the workforce, to keep short-term disabilities from becoming long-term disabilities.
