Software companies will be joining forces to help insurers manage their networks of agents and brokers.
Callidus Software Inc., San Jose, Calif., and Sircon Corp., Okemos, Mich., say they will be working together to sell a producer management system that will include compensation administration tools.
Callidus will supply its Callidus TrueProducer producer tracking software and its Callidus TrueComp Manager incentive management software.
Sircon will supply its Sircon for Carriers system, which includes features that can help insurers with recruiting, contracting, licensing and appointing producers.
Sircon also will bring its existing relationships with 1,500 insurers and state regulators to the alliance, the companies say.
