Humana Inc. is expanding its HumanaOne collection of individual and family major medical insurance products.

The company’s Waukesha, Wis.-based individual health business says it will be introducing the HumanaOne Portrait plans for customers who want something similar to a low-deductible, comprehensive employer-sponsored plan; a group of HumanaOne Autograph plans for customers who want health savings account-compatible coverage; and a HumanaOne monogram plan for young adults and other customers who want a low-cost safety net plan.

Deductibles for the plans range from $1,000 to $7,500 for single coverage and from $2,000 to $15,000 for family coverage, and premiums start as low as $30 per month for single coverage through the HumanaOne monogram plan, Humana says.

The products already are available in Colorado, Florida, Kentucky and Tennessee.

By early 2008, HumanaOne hopes to have the products on the shelf in all 26 states in which HumanaOne currently operates, the company says.

Humana, Louisville, Ky., now covers 180,000 individuals with HumanaOne products.
