Matrix Direct is trying to educate consumers about what they should do to protect themselves and their loved ones against the risk of death.

The site gives answers to questions such as, “What is life insurance and why do I need it?” and “Can I make money for my heirs through estate planning?”
Matrix is a life insurance direct marketer that was acquired by American General Life Insurance Company, a unit of American International Group Inc., New York, in February.
