Pacific Life Chooses CSC Customer Service Product

A large insurer has selected a software vendor.

The life insurance division of Pacific Life Insurance Company, Newport Beach, Calif., has licensed the Automated Work Distributor system from Computer Sciences Corp., El Segundo, Calif., to support 250 claims and customer service specialists at Pacific Life operation centers in California and Nebraska.
