Robelynn Abadie Speaks at JAIFA Conference in Japan

Robelynn H. Abadie, LUTCF, RFC, CSA, was invited by the Japanese Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors (JAIFA) to speak at two annual conferences in Japan last October. Ms. Abadie first spoke in Kobe on Oct. 4, then in Tokyo on Oct. 5.

Ms. Abadie, CEO of Abadie Financial Services in Baton Rouge, La., is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table Foundation board of directors and an 11-year Life and Qualifying member of MDRT. Her volunteer work with evacuees from Hurricane Katrina was featured in the August 2006 issue of Life Insurance Selling. She was the first American to be invited to speak at the JAIFA conferences, which are held annually to educate and train the association’s 30,000 members. About 80% of JAIFA’s membership is female. JAIFA has independent chapters throughout the country and an executive office, headed by Hiroki Machida, in Tokyo.
