UBS announced the appointment of Michael Roberts as managing director and head of UBS Trust Services, which comprises both personal and corporate trust businesses. UBS Trust Company has also established a Delaware trust office.
T. Rowe Price named Steven Huber as a senior portfolio specialist in the Fixed Income Division. Huber most recently served as chief investment officer for the Maryland State Retirement and Pension System, overseeing $34 billion in assets.
National Planning Corporation announced the promotions of Sean Haley, Bryan Jacobsen, and Austin Moon. Haley has been appointed first VP and chief compliance officer; Jacobsen has been promoted to VP of compliance; and Moon has been named VP of recruiting.
Neil Simon, who has been director of government relations for the Financial Planning Association for the past three years, is now VP of government relations for the Investment Adviser Association.
