A medical advisory services firm has developed a service aimed at financial institutions and their sales representatives.

The new HealthView service will provide detailed, personalized health care cost projections for reps’ clients, according to WorldCare North America, a unit of WorldCare International Inc., Cambridge, Mass.

The service will use information about a client’s health, lifestyle and family history to project future cost totals based on the client’s own risk factors, WorldCare says.

Reps and financial institutions can use the information to improve retirement planning advice and other services, and to build client loyalty, WorldCare says.

In addition to a HealthView health report, the service will include emergency medical identification cards that carry the sponsoring financial institution’s brand, a health diary and a Web-based health records storage system, WorldCare says.

WorldCare, which is best known for offering an international medical consultation service, also will provide independent medical consultations.
