FPA Seeks Award Nominees

The Financial Planning Association is looking for candidates for a major honor.

The P. Kemp Fain Jr. Award, named after the first person to enroll in the Certified Financial Planner designation program, is supposed to go to an individual who has made a significant contribution to the financial planning profession and exemplifies the values of “integrity, competence, relationships and stewardship,” according to the FPA, Denver.

Nominators should send a 1-page to 3-page letter describing the nominee by May 11 to P. Kemp Fain Jr. Award, Financial Planning Association, Suite 400, 4100 E. Mississippi Ave., Denver, Colo. 80246.
