Penn Treaty Says Its Filings Are Coming

A long term care insurer has given investors an update on its accounting.

Penn Treaty American Corp., Allentown, Pa., says it expects to file its Form 10-K annual report for the period ended Dec. 31, 2005, on or before March 15, 2007.

The company’s statutory filings for the period ended Dec. 31, 2006, should be filed in a timely manner, on our before March 1, Penn Treaty says.
