A large managed care company is giving U.S. companies overseas a chance to try personal health accounts.

The global benefits business at Aetna Inc., Hartford, has added an Aetna HealthFund Health Reimbursement Arrangement option for employers with workers on international assignments.

The product includes the usual Aetna expat support services, no minimum deductible, and a chance for employees who hold down claims to build HRA value.
