A U.S. actuarial consulting firm has acquired a health care actuarial consulting firm in Brazil.
Milliman Inc., Seattle, says it has acquired Acser Consultoria e Assessoria Ltd., Rio de Janeiro.
The Rio de Janeiro operation, which now will operate as Milliman Acser, will keep its management team and its offices in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo, Milliman says.
