The Nevada Division of Insurance has published guidelines for insurers that want to participate in the state’s new long term care partnership program.

The policies must include the word “partnership” in the product name and meet a variety of other requirements, according to Nevada Bulletin Number 06-010.

Partnership policies and certificates must be filed and approved by the Nevada division before insurers can sell the policies, officials say.
