Jackson Robinson, President and CIO of Winslow Management Company, founded the firm in 1983 after posts at Prudential Securities in trading, sales, and research, and then as president of the National Gardening Association, and a director and officer of Garden Way, Inc. He noticed frequent outperformance in environmentally responsible portfolios, and decided in 1991 to concentrate solely on green investing.

A graduate of Brown University, Robinson is a member of the Advisory Board of the American Council on Renewable Energy. He is involved with non-profit organizations, and likes to hike, bike, and garden when he is not running the fund.

Matthew Patsky is a partner and portfolio manager at Winslow Management Company, arriving in 2002 from Adams Harkness, Inc., where he was director of equity research. Patsky holds the CFA designation, and BS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He works with non-profit organizations, and when time permits, likes to travel.
