When we asked reps to rate their broker/dealers in the 16th annual IA Broker/Dealer of the Year Poll, reps got to vote in 15 categories. Those votes provide a valuable tool for B/Ds to see how they are doing, on average, among reps, and where there’s room for improvement. Reps can see how the B/Ds on average, stack up.
In all four divisions, Timely Commis-sion Payout got the most #1 votes, proving that B/Ds know what’s really important to reps. The lowest percentage of #1 votes went to Marketing Support or Training, with a tie in Division III.
