One of the most telling questions on the annual “Rate Your Broker/Dealer” ballot is the one that inquires “If you were to affiliate with another broker/dealer, which would it be, and why?” It’s not a required field, and while the question often elicits paeans to their current B/D along the lines of “I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job than (fill in name of current B/D),” this year 538 voters took the time and trouble to answer. Here are the top five B/Ds named, and their share of those votes:
