Michael Slade has given his company a new name.

Slade, a longtime voluntary benefit sales specialist, says the company now will operate as NaviTech Inc., rather than as SouthCorp HR Services.

NaviTech, Duluth, Ga., offers a system that can generate customized, Web-based or CD-ROM-based benefits communication packages.

In the past, SouthCorp sold voluntary benefits. Slade is changing his company’s name to reflect its new focus on providing benefit enrollment and education support technology for worksite sales efforts, a company representative says.
