StarTek Inc. is offering support services for companies that sell high-deductible health coverage along with health savings accounts.
StarTek, Denver, says it has started selling a package of contact center support services designed for marketers of account-based health plans.
The system is set up so that customers can reach the contact center through telephone, chat or electronic mail.
Lower-paid agents will handle routine account set-up calls, and other, higher-level agents will handle more complicated calls, StarTek says.
