Penn Treaty American Corp. has entered a sales partnership with the National LTC Network Inc., Batavia, Ill., a group of long term care insurance distributors.
Penn Treaty, Allentown, Pa., will provide the Network’s distributors with impaired-risk policies, which cover a number of health conditions that some LTC carriers decline to underwrite.
The alliance will increase LTC sales for both Penn Treaty and the Network, predicts William Hunt, president and CEO of Penn Treaty.
