California Blue Offers New PPOs

Blue Shield of California Life & Health Insurance Company has launched 4 new PPO plans priced for small group employers.

The company is offering Shield Spectrum PPO Plan 1000 Value and Shield Spectrum PPO Plan 1500 Value for employers seeking low-rate plans, Blue Shield Life is offering.

For those seeking plans that can be tied to a health savings account, Blue Shield Life, San Francisco, is offering Shield Spectrum PPO Savings Plan 3400 and Shield Spectrum PPO Savings Plan 4800 Individual or 9600 Family.

The plans will be available in July.

With the new products, Blue Shield Life and its parent, Blue Shield of California, now offer 23 products to employers with two to 50 employees.
