Prudential Financial Inc. will be advertising on a Web site aimed at mothers.
Prudential, Newark, N.J., has agreed to become the exclusive life insurance for ClubMom.com, a Web site run by CMI Marketing Inc., New York.
Managers of the site, which offers articles and message boards for mothers, say it has attracted 2.5 million members.
Prudential will run ads on the ClubMom site, sponsor ClubMom member newsletters, embed a small site of its own on the ClubMom site, and post links on the site to the Women & Finance section on Prudential’s own primary site.
