Securian Heads East

A growing group life insurer is opening a New York office to go after large corporate accounts.

Securian Life Insurance Company, a unit of Minnesota Mutual Cos. Inc., St. Paul, Minn., has named Connie Cottrill, a group sales manager for the company’s Eastern region, to run the new office, which is at 300 Park Ave., Manhattan.
