A California insurance agency is acquiring another agency from a Virginia credit card bank.
Answer Financial Inc., Encino, Calif., says it is buying the assets of InsLogic Corp., Oak Ridge, Tenn., a unit of Capital One Financial Corp., McLean, Va.
The price was not disclosed.
Answer Financial says it will be keeping InsLogic's Tennessee sales center and "the majority of its work force."
