The Arkansas arm of Brown & Brown Inc. has acquired the assets of Bill Setser Insurance.
Bill Setser, Springdale, Ark., has been selling employee benefits in the Ozark region for more than 30 years.
The price of the deal was not announced, but Brown & Brown of Arkansas Inc., part of Brown & Brown, Daytona Beach, Fla., says it will be combining Bill Setser Insurance with a Brown & Brown office in Rogers, Ark.
